Do you accept returns/exchanges/refunds?
If you need to exchange your item for a different size we'll do our best to accommodate your request, however the return postage cost must be covered by the customer. The item must be returned in a new, unworn condition as packaged; please, do not pile your return into a ball, it will not be accepted! It must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item. You must contact us prior at TheTREBrand@gmail.com to explain what was wrong with the order. We do not accept returns on items which have ripped tags / been worn / washed / used in any way. Refunds are ONLY issued for faulty items.

The item I want is out of stock
If the product you want is out of stock, you can sumbit a request to TheTREBrand@gmail.com and a member of the Customer Solutions team will inform you whether and when we're expecting the item back in stock.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our apparel is shipped out directly from Chatsworth, California (USA). Items are usually fullfilled within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. This does not include postal shipping time.
US Shipping Times: Within 7 Working Days (3-7)
International Shipping Times: We ship World Wide, estimated delivery time are (7-10) business days, excluding any hold up times in customs. We are not responsible for any custom charges.

Yes! The TRE Brand is not responsible for any charges imposed by your country. You will be expected to pay for any costs your country may impose at customs.
